Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds to unused, unopened skincare & supplements that have been purchased at full price. If any discounts have been used or if an item was purchased during a sale, we cannot accept refunds for these items.

A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.

If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
We do not accept refunds in the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used. -
